BonzaMovers is a family-owned and operated company that sets “Bonza” customer service as its main priority. Our company was founded with the determination to provide the best moving services at an affordable price. We believe in making the moving experience as easy and stress-free as possible – from our simple, transparent, clearly stated fee structure to our crew of professional movers, each of who go through extensive in-house training and are also certified by the American Trucking Association (ATA).

Our values are based upon teamwork, trust and clear communication within our company and with our customers. Our commitment consists of the following best practices:

Estimates – We provide estimates, either over the phone or in your home (within 50 miles radius). You can also request a total estimate directly from our website.

Clear, easy-to-understand quotes – Our hourly rates for local moves are all-inclusive, with no hidden fees. The quoted price you receive is the price you pay.

Consumer protection – BonzaMovers is fully licensed, bonded and insured. To protect your items, we provide Standard coverage (60 cents per pound limit) at no extra charge. We also offer Full Replacement Valuation option for an additional charge. With Full Replacement Valuation, if an article is lost, damaged or destroyed while in our custody, we will repair it, replace it or pay you for the cost of the repair or the current market value to replace it. Industry membership, training and certification – BonzaMovers is a member of ATA – the official organization for the moving and storage industry. All of our drivers and supervisors complete Certified Professional Mover training. Our movers receive Certified Packer/Loader certification. Our project and account managers who oversee estimating and planning have earned ATA's Certified Moving Consultant designation.

Local focus – While BonzaMovers can facilitate long-distance moves, our focus is on the Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland areas. This allows us to better provide the personal attention and quality service that our customers deserve.
